Spiritual experiences can change our perspective of life and how we are present in life. This can be challenging for ourselves as well as for people close to us.
Sometimes practitioners are admitted to the psychiatric system that often has difficulty understanding what the experience is about or how to handle it, even though it can be a good idea at times to be admitted to be able to find some rest and become more stable.
Every spiritual experience needs to be grounded and to be integrated in the nervous system and in daily life.
Every experience that makes us detach from the ‘ordinary’ is usually not helpful for ourselves and for others. However, often it is not easy to find someone that can help to ground the experience and help us back to normal life.
Sometimes, even the group that supports us does not necessarily understand how to help and support.
I myself have had to integrate experiences that needed grounding and I know to extraordinary phenomena that can be experienced.
To integrate these experiences I apply the same methods for working with shock and trauma to help you understand and ground the experienced and find your way back to ‘normal life’.
I will also support you on your further path until you feel it is time to walk again on your own and continue with your practice.
